We are aware that needs vary of the size & the type of each company. That is why you can choose among 3 different subscription plans.

You can start using Allchemist for free – without credit card information.

Professional teams can choose between two subscription plans.

What are the differences between the Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plan?

The Basic plan is completely free of charge and is intended only for reviewing documentation — if someone shares safety data sheets that were made in Allchemist with you. In this plan, you can collect safety data sheets that have been created by other users and given to you for consultation and review only. Such safety data sheets can be accessed indefinitely.

Under this plan, you can also enter up to 75 products (materials or formulations) yourself.

You can also test your own skills in making safety data sheets – you can make up to 3 safety data sheets at no extra charge.

The plan is limited to only one user who cannot connect to workgroups with other users.

The Pro plan is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises that manage products and author safety data sheets. (A free Basic plan is available for all other users who are just reviewing the documentation.)

This plan gives you the possibility of producing safety data sheets indefinitely, but only within one regulatory area – for example, EU CLP. Under this plan, you will be offered all the languages of the countries that fall within this regulatory area. The price does not depend on the number of languages used or the number of products on the base.

The Enterprise plan is aimed at larger companies that have a diversified departmental structure and multiple users who manage products and produce documentation for chemicals.

This plan also gives you unlimited possibility to produce safety data sheets within all supported regulatory areas, as well as all other accessories that are only available for an additional fee – for example, a regulatory dashboard.

What does the user mean? Which users do we have to pay for?

Paid users are users who enter materials and formulations, produce safety data sheets, and want to collaborate with each other and join in workgroups. This means editors become paid users.

A user who reviews safety data sheets and products produced by others and has no need to edit products or documentation is then sufficient for a free plan -Basic.

The Pro plan includes 5 users and the Enterprise plan includes 10 users. Extra charges apply for each additional user – editor– at extra charge.

What do organization and participation in workgroups mean?

Allchemist allows users to join workgroups (Workgroups) and share the same database of products, safety data sheets, and related content. This means, if one colleague (editor) adds a new product to that workgroup, other colleagues will see it in their database without sharing it separately with those users.

The workgroup works in a similar way to a shared folder on Sharepoint or on a Google drive: anyone who has access to that folder sees all the files in the folder, regardless of which of the users added the file.

What is this formulation module?

The formulation module is the latest and most modern tool in Allchemist, which is intended for manufacturers of mixtures or formulations – e.g., manufacturers of paints and varnishes, detergents, lubricants, etc., i.e., anyone who mixes different raw materials and develop formulations.

The formulation module is a digital laboratory where you can use the Formulation mixer to develop formulations and store them in a private database that only you and your closest colleagues have access to.

While adding ingredients to your formulation, Formulation Mixer calculates the dangerous properties of your mixture as you go. It is especially useful in cases where you have several different formulations and you want to check how individual combinations of raw materials will affect the hazard classification – which pictograms will have to be on the packaging. In this way, you can pre-filter out those formulations that are too dangerous, or you can develop an optimal combination that is less dangerous to the environment or users.

Additionally

A study was carried out on the process of developing paints and varnishes with the help of Formulation Mixer, a study by researchers from the University of Maribor, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, in which they demonstrated that this procedure could reduce up to 48% the time it takes to develop a new formulation. The findings were also published in a peer-reviewed scientific paper in the renowned scientific journal Processes.

What does the regulatory module include?

The regulatory module is designed for all those who have the relevant skills and who want to create the safety data sheets themselves.

This module includes a state-of-the-art safety data sheet tool that works almost fully automated, but yet you have full control over the contents of your safety data sheets.

Specialty

The price of the regulatory module does not depend on the number of languages or the number of safety data sheets.

You can create safety data sheets in any of the languages available for each regulatory area — for example, if you opt for CLP/EU regulatory area, then you have access to 27 languages that are officially spoken in EU Member States and some other languages used in countries where CLP is used (e.g., Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina).

With a Smart SDS change compare system and an automated way of determining document versions, you'll know what's changed at any time. Allchemist also stores all change history, allowing you to compare individual versions of the document to see what has been changed and when.

Mobile safety data sheets ("mSDS") and the sharing of safety data sheets via QR code or link are already standardly available in all Allchemist plans.

For all those who want an even better overview of your chemicals, we have developed a Regulatory dashboard that scans products in your private digital laboratory and tracks specific legislative areas. With the regulatory control panel you will know at any time which of your products contain substances of concern, drug precursors, REACH restricted or authorized substances, SEVESO substances, etc. The regulatory control panel is standard included in the Enterprise plan and is available in the Pro plan for an additional fee.

How many safety data sheets can I have in a Basic plan?

You can make up to 3 safety data sheets in a Basic plan. This plan is only available to test the safety data sheet tool.

Once you have figured out how much time you can save with Allchemist, you will want to switch to the Payable Pro or Enterprise plan immediately and get your safety data sheets indefinitely available within the chosen regulatory area.

How many safety data sheets can I do in a Pro plan?

In the Pro plan, you can create an unlimited number of safety data sheets for the languages of the countries of one regulatory area. Additional regulatory areas will soon be available for an additional fee.

What does the regulatory area mean?

The regulatory area shall indicate the geographical area where certain legislation applies. In other words, these are countries where certain regulations governing the field of chemicals apply.

In the European Union, reach and CLP regulations apply, and lays down rules to produce safety data sheets and labels. In Allchemist, therefore, we have a regulatory area of CLP covering all EU Member States, as well as some other countries, such as Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, where local regulations are based on CLP and REACH regulations.

When you select the desired regulatory area, you will also get the option to produce safety data sheets in all the respective languages of these countries, as used in the selected regulatory area in the plan. Individual languages do not have to be charged or bought separately – they are obtained within each regulatory area.

Other regulatory areas such as US OSHA and GHS will be added shortly but will be included in the Enterprise plan as a standard plan, and the Pro plan will only be available for an additional fee.

In which languages can I produce safety data sheets?

In Allchemist, you can create safety data sheets in more than 30 languages.

With the selected regulatory area, you will receive the possibility to produce an unlimited number of safety data sheets in the languages of the countries that fall within this chosen regulatory area. Individual languages do not have to be charged or bought – they are obtained with the selected regulatory area.

Specialty

The price of the regulatory module does not depend on the number of languages or the number of safety data sheets.

You can create safety data sheets in any of the languages of the countries available for each regulatory area — for example, if you opt for clp/EU regulatory area, then you have available 27 languages that are valid in the EU Member States and some other languages used in countries where CLP is used (e.g., Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina).

Caution: the above stated applies to sentences that are already in the database and are already translated. If you add new (your) sentences to your base, then you need to provide the translations yourself. Through our authorized partner translation agencies, we can also provide translations, but translations must be paid separately.

What does professional support mean?

Professional support is support for professional issues – issues relating to regulations and rules based on these regulations (e.g., interpretation of regulatory requirements, clarifications on certain rules, expert opinions, e.g., on the adequacy of safety data sheets, etc.).

The Pro plan gives you 1 hour of professional support per month, and you will receive 3 hours per month in the Enterprise plan. Unused hours are not passed on from month to month.

What does technical assistance mean?

Technical assistance provides you will all the assistance needed with the application, especially regarding technical issues and any other issues that are well explained in the knowledge base, but still require tailored management through in-app processes.
