Yes, one credit card must be on file with us*. In your billing account, you can manage all of your credit card information, track back monthly invoices and spendings.
*We are managing subscriptions, billings and process all your payments via Chargebee and Braintree platforms, so your payment information data is stored with them through API (application programming interface). If you would like to know more about their business, please read their Privacy Policy and Terms of Services.
How do I update or change billing details?
You can update or change your credit card information at any time as shown bellow.
Click your name in the upper right corner
Go to settings
Click the right tab Billing Accounts
When in Billing Account, view Billing History
Click on the right corner arrow to switch in Manage Subscription view
Here you can change your billing details.
On the Payment methods, you are able to add a new payment method or change the data on the current one.
Note: Only an owner or an admin of the billing account is able to change the credit card information.
